Twelve replicate libraries were prepared from 100ng of NA12878 Human Reference DNA using the xGen DNA EZ library prep kit (IDT 10009821)
and xGen Stubby-Adapter UDI Primers Element (IDT 10017037). Libraries were hybridized with the xGen Pan-Cancer Hyb Panel (IDT 1056204) and
amplified after hybridization cleanup with xGen Library Amp Primer Mix for Element (IDT 1001659).

Libraries were pooled and sequenced using the AVITI 2x75 Cloudbreak Freestyle Low Output kit.
FASTQ files were generated using Bases2Fastq with adapter trimming.
